What are those purple noodles? They look so interesting…
They’re not actually purple -more brownish. They’re Japanese soba buckwheat noodles which you normally eat cold. SO DELICIOUS and refreshing on a warm day!
oh i like those. there are some in my fridge right now. i always eat them warm. on my screen yours look purple. i wish mine did, that would be cooler.
